Who we are

What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, tracking scripts or cookies beyond what our hosting provider strictly requires to serve the page. We do not profile visitors or build any record of who has viewed this site.

The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us. If you email hello@kenseda.com, we hold your email address, anything else in your message (such as your name or your organisation), and our reply, for as long as needed to respond to you and keep a reasonable record of the correspondence, and then delete it.

Why we process it, and on what basis

We process enquiry emails to respond to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the business and answering questions people send us. We do not use this data for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Loading the page means your browser makes a request to Cloudflare's infrastructure, which is standard for any website; we do not separately share your data with Cloudflare beyond what is needed to serve the page. This notice does not cover Kenseda's scanning or reporting service, which has its own privacy terms.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We may use a service provider (such as our email provider) strictly to send and receive email on our behalf.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@kenseda.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we have handled your data incorrectly.

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always the one published at this address.
